Khanh Tran, Founder & Creative Director

Khanh graduated with a B.S. in Graphic Design, majoring in Visual Communications at Westwood College in 2014. From there, she has worked with various of government, private sector, and non-profit clients to provide dynamic and innovative design solutions. Her main expertise is in print design, which includes infographics, promotional materials and publications. As an avid K-Pop fan since 2011, she wanted to tie in her interest and passion of K-Pop with her design career, thus creating The Kraze. With her keen eye for design and strong leadership skills, she is sure to make The Kraze a new mark in the K-Pop community.

Courtney Lazore, Editor-in-Chief

Courtney graduated in 2013 with a B.A. in History and a concentration in East Asian Studies from Roanoke College. Currently, she works at a university and takes Korean courses while working on her M.A. in English. As a detail-oriented writer and editor, she also worked as a part-time freelancer before joining The Kraze team. After finishing up her graduate program, she hopes to make a career in publishing. Since 2007, when a close friend introduced her to DBSK's music, she has been interested in Korean music and culture. Working with The Kraze has granted her the wonderful opportunity to pursue a career in her field while still being involved in the K-Pop community.

 

Haley Whisennand, Marketing Director

A Colorado native, Haley graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2014 with her bachelor's degree in journalism. Prior to joining The Kraze, she worked in motorsports and college athletics, interacting and working with high-profile and Olympic athletes on a regular basis. She specializes in digital marketing, especially social media, third-party advertising and SEO optimization. Relatively new to the K-Pop world in comparison to the rest of the staff, Haley joined the community in 2015, just barely missing out on BIGBANG's US tour – which she's still just a little bitter about. Ready to use her marketing experience and skills in combination with her love for K-Pop, Haley is ready to spread the word about The Kraze to every corner of the globe.
